How to Sync Outlook Tasks with your Iphone

Would you like to take your Outlook tasks on the road with you? Have an Iphone and frustrated over the lack of support for task synchronization? See how to set this up for free in this article

First, lets sign up for a free account at http://www.toodledo.com

Then download the outlook connector at http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncDownload.aspx

Install the software

On it's first run, you will be prompted for your toodledo unique ID and password. Note: this is not your username. The ID can be found in your account info on your toodledo account.
Be sure to enter the ID and password.

Enter the frequency that you would like the synchronization to occur. Perform a manual sync to get things rolling.

And now for the Iphone portion of the configuration. Point your safari browser on the Iphone to http://www.toodledo.com/slim and book mark it to your iPhone Home Screen. (Hit the + and select Home Screen, I renamed mine to “Tasks”)

You will now see your outlook tasks on your Iphone. You can make modifications on the Iphone or in Outlook and they will now be in Sync!
