Their experience must be recent, and with ATG 6 and above. ATG has just released version 10.

- Solid understanding of security issues
- Strong Exposure to emerging Java technologies and standards.
- Experience with data mining or natural language processing a plus.
- Experience with Open Source frameworks a plus.
