ReOS is a SaaS product in the retreats sector. The backend is fully built and live, and the only remaining requirement is to produce the complete front-end of the marketing website. The site must consist of 28 static HTML pages, all built from a single consistent master template that defines the header, footer, typography, spacing, color system, grid, and reusable UI components. The work includes creating one clean, modern, minimal, premium-looking master template, and then applying it consistently across all 28 pages so that the entire site feels unified, stable, and professionally designed. All pages must be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The deliverables must be pure HTML and CSS only, with optional light JavaScript only where absolutely necessary. No CMS, no Webflow runtime dependencies, no React/Vue/Angular, no backend logic of any kind. The goal is a static, durable, lightweight website that loads fast and is easy to deploy on our existing infrastructure.
Each page should be delivered in its own folder containing index.html, all based on one global.css stored once at the root level, and all using a single shared assets directory managed in a clean, organized way. Naming conventions must be logical, consistency must be absolute, and spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy must follow the same rules across all pages. All code should be clean, readable, semantic HTML5 with structured sections, zero inline styles, and no unnecessary libraries. The design direction is minimal premium SaaS: bright backgrounds, strong black text, elegant typography, generous spacing, and a calm, professional tone that reflects a high-end software brand.
The work delivered must include the master template, the full set of 28 completed page folders, the assets directory, the global.css file, and a short maintenance note explaining how to update or extend pages in the future. All source files must be included and fully editable. The website must function immediately on deployment without any additional adjustments.
The expected timeline is approximately 5 to 10 working days from start to finish: one to two days for the master template and four to seven days for building all pages. A realistic project budget for high-quality work is 800 to 1500 USD internationally, or the equivalent in local rates. Ideal candidates will have proven experience building static SaaS websites, strong HTML/CSS craftsmanship, excellent responsiveness implementation, and an ability to work quickly and precisely with strict consistency.
The essential requirement is that the final output must be a static website that can be deployed instantly and reliably, with no broken layouts, no missing assets, no external dependencies, and no surprises.
This project must not use WordPress or any CMS. The entire website must be delivered as pure static front-end files only: clean HTML, one global CSS file, a shared assets folder, and 28 standalone page folders. No backend, no PHP, no databases, no plugins, no theme systems, and no external platform dependencies. The final output has to be lightweight, fully static, and deployable immediately on our server without any CMS installation or runtime environment.
