This project was designed and animated for Roojoom's wall at an innovation expo in Paris.<br />
<br />
Each dot represents a customer navigating to solve a technical problem.<br />
Blue dots are entry paths in the system.<br />
Purple dots are customers who are trying an alternative way to solve their problem.<br />
Orange dots are customers who failed twice to solve their problem and are trying to find another way.<br />
Red ones are on their 3rd trial.
