MPLabs Ltd is an Israeli IT outsourcing company, providing professional Research and Development, Quality Assurance and IT services. MPLabs Ltd focuses on a small and medium start-ups and hi-tech companies looking for highly professionals and exceptional outsourcing teams able to elevate the internal R&D force and the company’s domain expertise.

MPLabs model is based on creating distributed dedicated or semi-dedicated R&D and QA teams able to fulfill any particular task coming from the customer's managers.
The pivot points of MPLabs dedicated teams are its local technical and project leaders with their entrepreneur and technical background.
Those project leaders have a personal responsibility for the project and usually have a tight contact with the customer representative. The MPLabs project leader's responsibilities are both technical and management support, frontal communication with the customer and the developers, handling project requirements and deadlines, team staffing, providing transparency and quality of deliverables, establishing proper communication between the performing teams and the company’s contact persons.
Regarding project requirements and deadlines, MPLabs project leader established a performing team by carefully selected professional staff from the internal MPlabs pool of developers.
The internal MPlabs developers' pool is built from of local and offshore developers who proved themselves as reliable and skillful engineers with long and successful records of projects completed under the supervision of MPLabs project leaders. Most of these developers are employees of MPLabs or of MPLabs subsidiaries with offices located in several central cites in Eastern Europe. In order to guaranty its customers' unlimited access to human resources and to a broad band of available expertise, MPLabs established long- term partnerships with several offshore outsourcing companies abroad.
