Zendesk Comments Translator
The client wanted to create a service that allows to translate comments of Zendesk Support service.
I implemented such service based on AWS Lambda. It was used AWS Translate service for translation. The service is activated by events sending by Amazon EventBridge. In order to reduce calls to the AWS Translate service it was used languagedetect Node.js library that is based on n-gram NLP method. Also it supports adding attachments to translated comment (lambda receives events about attachments asynchronously). The application was delivered as AWS SAM package (AWS Serverless Application Model, automatic deployment).
