An experienced professional having worked across the UK, Asia and Canada, specializing in performance improvement and turnaround, cost reduction, interim management, project management, commercial / customer due diligence, market assessments and process improvement.

She has assisted organizations in market assessments (market sizing, competitive landscape, potential customers and market whitespace opportunities) for companies looking to enter new markets and / or geographies. She has also conducted discreet customer interviews through telephone and electronic surveys, and analyzed the results to produce an insightful report to her clients on the risks and opportunities.

Has a proven record of delivering cost savings and EBITDA improvements through identifying and implementing financial and operational efficiencies. Has been engaged by private equity, the government and companies to act in an interim CFO and interim Director of Finance capacity for a number of organizations.

Advised the Board and dealt with all financial and operational issues, managing the residual team of 30 people. Managed working capital to keep the company solvent whilst 750 homes were transferred to new operators, overseeing debt collection function achieving £12.7 million of cash receipts.
