Ilia is a very skilled programer, we had a great experience working with him on our optical application. His work was very good and very fast. We connected with Ilia through XPlace and met with him only once before we decide to work with him. In his interview he seemed to be on top of things, and WOAH he didn't disappointed. Another important element was that Ilia was very responsive to our emails every question and change we asked, his response was almost immediate. We are very happy to work Ilia and we will probably work with him again in the future.
