10 years' full-time freelance experience in translation and proofreading.
I have worked on an extensive number of subjects, including but not limited to business, e-commerce, finance, personal documents, law, energy, sports, tourism, newspaper articles & blogs, online gaming, websites, cinema & television (subtitling work), etc.

I have lived in both England and Turkey - for over 20 years in each, and received some education and worked at a professional level in both countries. I have a BA degree in Economics from an English University and further financial qualifications from the Institute of Financial Services in England.

I consider myself to be native in both languages, as well as having a good understanding of both cultures, which I believe is extremely important in my line of work.

I am a little more comfortable translating from Turkish into English, but can still guarantee the utmost quality when translating into Turkish as well.

I also offer proofreading services in English only.

I am a diligent and fast worker.

I am mostly looking for regular / repeat clients to add to my already existing portfolio.
