It's a full house tonight, and everybody is waiting to hear the great maestro playing the grand piano. What great piece is he about to play?
Piano Piano is a short animated film, created as an assignment for IAC (Israeli Animation College), with the classic subject of a bouncing ball.
This is my first big project using Maya and Vray. The balls' textures were made in Substance Painter, and I used After Effects and Premiere Pro for editing. I also used Blender (of course) to create the storyboard.
Sound FX were downloaded from freesound.org, and the amazing piano piece in the end was improvised (!) by Jason Pelsey, and can be found right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JIiOgJWlcs
The piano and the chairs models were downloaded from cgtrader.com
