Every shift I had the responsibility of increasing the club sales for the same night, while making sure the costumers are satisfied with the service they are being given. it is a show club, which selling high quality food beverages and alcoholic drinks. the costumes can have a nice feast and drink before the show.
As every good kitchen and bar works, there might be delays or costumers luck of satisfaction with product or services, can also be anticipating different things than what offered by the service provider.
But, this place serves 370 costumers in a two-hours service, so the amount of incidents that are prone to occur and needs to be taken care of are high and the time is limited. allot of work under pressure, knowing the system and the costumer from a quick chat, then having the most creative way to solve the problem, with the highest amount of costumer satisfaction.
