Being both a postdoctoral scholar and a senior manager, I'm uniquely qualified for coaching, training and teaching time management both at the strategic and the tactical level. I've taught several courses on time management/self management at various colleges as well as in the framework of manager training workshops. My coaching method is based on a combination of applied creativity and innovation at the macro level, with the strict following of working protocols on the micro level. My coaching philosophy is based on the harnessing of the "propellant energy" of the sentimental dimension to the "guidance system" of the cognitive dimension.

My coaching method combines the hard skills of formal decision making methods" with the soft skills of self management and the tackling of "decision killers". Besides these conventional elements, my decision making toolbox contains extras such as methods of creative problem solving, innovation training etc.

I'm a postdoctoral research fellow at one of Israel's leading think tanks. My main research interest is in military innovation, asymmetric warfare, military technology and military thought. My 2017 book "When Innovation Failed" is available at Amazon. Currently working on various research projects with the former head of Israel's General Security Service, Adm. Ami Ayalon.

I hold a Ph.D. in military technology studies, my book "When Innovation Failed" was published earlier this year by Amazon. I have extensive experience in writing public sector tenders in the realm of night vision, thermal imaging, small arms, ammunition etc. I've been the author of several technical and training brochures dealing with these technologies.

I have written extensively on current security, political and civilizational issues on various online platforms. In my writing I'm striving to combine my extensive academic and security background with a cynics perspective rooted in skepticism and classical liberalism.

I'm a postdoctoral research fellow at one of Israel's leading think tanks with 30 odd years of military, intelligence, law enforcement and private security experience. I've lead Military Innovation Workshops at the IDF Staff College, Israel Police Ordnance Disposal Unit, Israeli Aviation Industry etc. My main field of expertise is teaching applied creativity and innovation in the operational environment.
