Web site development under CMS + internet marketing for security product manufacturer

We are a marketing consulting group working with a variety of successful Israeli companies. One of my clients is a leading Israeli manufacturer of security products. I have been working with them to rebrand and re-organise their marketing and now need to develop a website for them.

I have a graphic artist who has developed a graphic theme which has already been used in a printed brochure. Copy has been written for the brochure which will be adjusted/expanded for the web site.

The web site must be developed under a Content Management System. In the short-term, I will be maintaining the site on behalf of the client however eventually, it will be handed over to him.

The web site structure is roughly as follows:
- Solutions (3 types)
- Products (6 Categories)
o Category A (3 products)
o Category B (4 products, 2 with 2 types of sub-product)
o Category C (2 products)
o Category D (7 products)
o Category E (1 product)
o Category F (4 products)
- Services (4 types)
- About
- News/Offers
- Contact

Flash/animation will be used to a limited degree to enhance the user experience and explain the products, however it is expected that budget limitations will not allow for any major animation productions.

The purpose of the web site is to attract distributors and large corporate clients around the world. As such, it is important to also develop an internet marketing campaign and propose a budget for PPC, banners, adwords etc. The web site must also support analytics (google) and the flexibility of adding/changing landing pages according to stages in the marketing campaign.

The project scope and your bid should cover:
- Development of a web site under a CMS based on the existing graphic concept and the content that has been written for the brochure (to be amended for web)
- Preparation of flash elements as necessary to enhance the user experience
