תיאור הפרויקט


I need a macro that do :
1. accept big word file - that includes many letters.
2. "slice" the word file - to seperate files - seperate letters.
3. for each letter - takes the Customer Name (=text string after the word "To") - and check this name in Excel file - to find his Email address.
4. send fo each customer - only his letter as PDF attachment , by using Outlook.
5. at the end - give a MsgBox : how many emails sent, How many addresses not found.

I prefer that you "pack" it as an VBA add-in, but macro is also acceptable.

Project start at : 16 March 2015
You have to finish it in 1 week.
