Looking for an experienced freelancer for Marketing/Web Site Content for Social Website Start-Up

Our Social Website Start-Up is looking for an experienced (or very eager to learn) Content/Marketing Programme Writer.
The work has to be delivered in English or Hebrew (English preferred)
The Content has to be written from scratch - nothing is available. The ideas and concepts are ready - now the details have to be researched and delivered.

The following needs to be done:
- Write content for the Website (English/Hebrew)
- Write parts of the Business Plan (around Content etc.)

The work will be done in several phase - first drafts and then more cycles for review and finalizing the Website and the Business Plan.

Overall estimate for the work is 40 hours
