programming support in Linux/Linux real time

For one of our product we need
programming support in Linux/Linux real time
This real time application, is receiving data from FPGA and x1 Lane PCI Express
Bridge , to CPU memory (DDR).
and writing from CPU memory (DDR) to HARD drivers, RAID type 0 .
the application is running under Linux/Linux real time with Pentium-M CPU.
The application must operate x1 Lane PCI Express Bridge, to fill up large memory (DDR ) blocks,
and concurrently write the data from DDR to the RAID 0 disks array. Data integrity must be kept at all times.
Application is controlled by serial COM and/or by Ethernet port.
