PORTAL 10-2013 - correcting postBack and align

Project language: English with support of presenting Hebrew texts
Environment: ASP.NET 2 (VS 2005) C# with MDB (2000 TO 2007) database

Our portal is in Hebrew, presents a table of graphic links to the most popular web sites and also personal links to registered users. After implementing the design of the new ui / GUI we would like to get bids from programmers for correcting 2 left bugs relating the way code works in online server.

Detailed and remarks
1. The new design of the portal is working fine while running on local IIS
2. When run on online server we have found 2 bugs to solve
a. One PostBack operation fail to run
b. Alignment on online server is LTR while we need RTL with IE10.
3. We will consider programmers that are experts in such issues (difference between online run and local) and have their own online (IIS) server for tests
4. The texts are taken from already built module who returns the correct string in the current language used. The programmer may test the code in English as it works
