Looking for someone to translate English to Hebrew plus copywriting

I am a health coach (Israeli)living in Australia
I am looking for someone with good English to translate about eighty pages to Hebrew
I need someone who will able to translate terms related to Biology and Physiology because some of my documents would have these terms in them
The documents are all related to pH Balance in the body, the science behind pH balance, emotions and thoughts, tables of acid and alkaline foods, practical tips, recipes, products and timetables
All of the documents will need to be ready by mid September at the latest but earlier is much preferred
