Developer for radiology second opinion e-commerce website

My client is a provider of outsourced radiology services in Israel and we are setting up a new website for him to offer his services in Israel and abroad including second opinions on X-Rays/MRIs/CTs/Ultrasounds. The target audience is the USA and Israel and the site needs to include customer account management, payment clearing using credit card or paypal, and uploading image files.

The site can be built in any of the leading CMSs but must support both english and ivrit and payment gateways such as Tranzilla. It must also be strong on blogs, social media integration and SEO since advanced Inbound Marketing techniques are going to be used to drive traffic.

The graphic concept has been completed and the project is set for an immediate start with delivery over the coming weeks.
