Looking for an experienced freelancer for adding RTL capabilities to installed Wordpress template

The website www.wm-cg.com is built on a purchased template and the qTranslate plugin has been installed to provide multi-lingual capabilities. This works fine for LTR language but there is no RTL template to provide full ivrit support. I would like someone familiar with Wordpress and Ivrit implementations to take these template files and to add RTL capabilities.

For the right person, there may be ongoing work in Wordpress customisations and support for a number of my client's sites.
