I am looking for a licensed enforcement agent (קבלן הוצאה לפועל מורשה) to handle the execution process through Hozla and apply effective legal measures to enforce payment.

The main tools I want to prioritize:
Suspension of driver’s license
Travel restriction abroad
Enforcement officer visits to debtor’s home or public locations, including possible seizure of valuable personal property (e.g., luxury watch)
Any other effective legal measures allowed under Israeli law to create pressure and encourage payment

Payment will be on a contingency basis only (percentage from funds collected).
