Key Requirements:
1. Kubernetes Expertise:
• Proven track record of working with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Significant knowledge in migrating from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes is a distinct advantage.
2. Containerization:
• Strong background in Docker containerization technology.
3. OpenShift Experience:
• Advantageous to have hands-on experience with OpenShift.
4. Helm Chart:
• Proficiency in creating and managing Helm charts for application deployment.
5. Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a development or DevOps role.
6. Distributed Systems:
• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture.
7. Cloud and Microservices:
• Experience working with cloud services and a microservices environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Kubernetes within our projects.
• Utilize expertise in converting Docker Swarm to Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance on distributed systems architecture.
• Actively participate in the design and implementation of microservices in a cloud environment.
