Joomla expert needed

Hi

We're looking for a freelance Joomla developer to build a long-term relationship with. We are a design studio and we have a bunch of projects to be designed periodically.
We have one project that needs to be done immediately.
The project to be bid on:
- needs to be built in joomla
- has 6 templates (home/services/news/contact/text)
- design will be delivered in PSD

We need someone who
- can communicate well in English or Spanish
- can work with different languages, including right-to-left languages
- can be available in normal working hours (we don't mind the time difference, but if I know it's 12:30 in the afternoon in your country, I expect you to be at your desk working or at least available to communicate. OR tell us which hours you're available so that we know when we can find you)
- can be reached not only by email, but also by any kind of IM (like Gtalk/skype/msn), and can provide a phone number for emergencies (don't worry, we'll only make the long-distance call if it's a REAL emergency)
- has attention for detail, and reads all requests carefully before starting to work
- can set a deadline and deliver on that deadline and not later

We do prefer a small team but we're willing to check out freelancers as well.
A good number of reviews impress but we'd rather see samples of stuff you've done.
Bids without samples will be declined immediately.
