Looking for a Lawyer for a breach of contract case. (second try)

I am looking for a lawyer who knows how to handle a case of breach of contract and who will accept a contingency fee of an agreed percentage.
In the contract there is written the penalty amount in case of breach of contract. the penalty amount is 300k NIS
