Looking for an experienced IT person for Exchange 2010 maintenance

Exchange 2010 already installed on Windows 2008 R2 and working with 12 users. Looking for someone who can maintain the system in case of error. Check the system once in a while on an hourly tariff. Add/Remove features, etc.
