While Apple did compromise on iPhone XR’s size and other changes to lower the price, it used the same chip in it that it used for the more expensive iPhone variants. We are talking about the A12 Bionic chip with a six-core processor and a markedly-improved neural engine. This chip was Apple’s fastest and most efficient chip of its time.

Apple did not downgrade the camera much either. You can use it under different lighting conditions, giving you almost the same results. The advanced image signal processor and the Neural Engine will facilitate catching images at their most vivid. It is also capable of taking pictures in portrait mode. The TrueDepth front camera is equipped to take perfect selfies, including portrait shots.

The iPhone XR has a Liquid Retina display and is without 3D support. It is in contrast to the Super Retina OLED displays of its siblings. But that doesn’t make it any less compelling and immersive. The bezel-less screen has vibrant and dynamic colors, and it also has a touch-to-awake feature.
It was a refreshing change on the part of Apple that it introduced the iPhone XR in six gorgeous colors. These colors were white, red, coral, yellow, blue, and black. The iPhone Xs and Xs Max were available in fewer colors than XR.
The improved IP67 rating:
Another handy feature of iPhone XR Phones is the IP67 rating. It is splash and water resistant and can survive a dip of 3.3 feet for 30 minutes. Apple tested this feature on clear water, chlorinated water, beer, tea, orange juice, and salt water. You can take your XR to the beach or swimming pool without fear or apprehension.
