I am a Senior Salesforce Consultant with 7+ years of specific Salesforce experience helping companies clean up, optimize, and scale their CRM systems, as well as a TrackWise / TrackWise Digital Expert with 10+ years of experience. I stay hands-on with the project side—managing timelines, running sprints, and doing demos—while constantly keeping my skills up to date as a Certified AI Specialist and Salesforce Architect.

SPARTA SYSTEMS- Implement TrackWise Systems to manage and improve quality in global pharmaceutical, medical device, life science, food & beverage, and other vertical companies by offering SME services in TrackWise EQMS to facilitate smooth transitions offering expertise in multiple areas, including Change Management, Document Management, Training Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Complaint Management, CAPA Management, etc.
- Achieve project success as a subject matter expert with excellent communication skills by effectively translating technical material into clearly understood documents, as well as in-person training, telephone based troubleshooting and conferences; requiring outstanding writing and speaking skills, and reasoning ability to weed out extraneous material to allow end-users to focus clearly on pertinent issues.
- Facilitate effective operation of TrackWise software by designing, writing and delivering customer training courses and documents as well as conducting onsite and offsite training.
- Assist corporations in multiple technical, system implementation, upgrading and trouble-shooting roles including upgrading and enhancing TrackWise processes on existing systems through change requests following GMP and GDP guidelines; delivering customized recommendations for TrackWise EQMS and validation solutions after researching each organization’s unique business requirements, project plan and schedule; as well as developing Crystal Report templates and improving existing report templates’ performance.
- In addition to providing expertise as a TrackWise Expert, employ subject matter expertise in ISPE GAMP5 industry best practices to facilitate system and company success; develop and execute of all applicable CSV deliverables including Validation Planning, RA, URS, FRS, ERES Assessment, IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, SAT, SUT, Traceability Matrix, VSR, incident reports, and change requests.
- TrackWise/CSV Expert to global clients including BioMarin, Novartis, Teva, Baxter, Roche, J&J, Abbott, Lilly, DNP, etc.
