Needed freelancer for Excel workbooks review, streamlining, and automation within a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment. The selected freelancer will work with existing operational workbooks used for employee records, income calculations, and recruitment tracking. **Accountabilities:** - Review current Excel workbooks and identify areas for improvement - Reduce duplicate and manual data entry across workbooks - Establish consistent master data and reliable data structures - Automate recurring calculations and lookup functions - Introduce data validation, business rules, and exception controls - Test solutions against historical data and support one live monthly parallel run - Prepare documentation and provide training and handover materials **Requirements:** - Proven experience with Excel workbook optimization and automation - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Excel - Solid knowledge of Excel formulas, lookups, and data validation techniques - Experience with Power Query, VBA, or similar automation tools within Excel - Familiarity with building and managing master data structures
