Main duties: •As part of the PMO group you will help to create and optimize the process standards and reporting templates of the organization. •You will lead the IT and R&D budget, capacity, projects planning and tracking. •Develop and maintain professional working relationships with different interfaces in the company who are project partners; R&D, UX/UI Studio, Product, Project managers, PMOs, Finance, Legal, Content and others. •Responsible to drive process improvements and operational efficiency throughout the organization •Responsible for building periodical management reports. •Create a culture of Projects updates and communications to Senior Management and relevant projects partners on a timely basis. •Define, create, track reports with KPIs. Track the management action items log. •Support the R&D routines such as scrum ceremonies, periodical meetings, budget mgt, etc. •Close work with IT, IS & R&D functions to streamline the projects work. Key requirements •Proven experience leading Agile projects with R&D teams; working by Agile methodology and tools, teams structure, roles and ceremonies. SAFE - advantage •Extensive knowledge and experience with different PMO methodologies and strategies, budget planning and monitoring. •A technological and business understanding as well as good familiarity with work processes of an organization •Relevant education- preferably Business Administration/MBA/ Industrial engineering/ PMO •A self-driven leader with incredible communication skills. •Proven Project management, and Strategic planning skills. •Highly skilled with Jira/Azure DevOps – must •Experienced with MS Office, Excel, MS Project, ERP •Knowledge in BI systems, SQL – advantage •End-to-End accountability and non-compromised execution standards. •Excellent presentation skills – verbal and writing •A results oriented creative problem solver. •Very good analytical skills •Technical and tech savvy
