Looking for an experienced freelancer for salesforce business intelligence project

My company is new in Nigeria and we have already won 2 contracts to provide CRM and business intelligence consultancy and implementation to 2 large companies (1 pharma manufacturer and 1 ePayment service provider)
We are chasing more contracts and have an aggressive expansion plan.
I am looking for an experienced salesforce developer or very advanced salesforce administrator for these projects.
Tasks will include integrating our clients data feeds into salesforce or analysing our clients customer base of half a million customers and creating demographic profiles
Ideally I would like to build an ongoing relationship with the experienced freelancer and agree fair compensation method.
