Cyber Security startup in Stealth looking for CTO

Cyber Security startup specializing in preventing fraud (stealth mode) in the lookout for Senior full stack developer for CTO position + co founder for the right fit. Will be rewarded shares in the company which entered its first funding round, early Seed
Product in late MVP stage

Qualifications:
The MEAN full stack developer.
Docker.
AWS = CI / CD, ECR, ECS mainly.
Google api’s knowledge is A +
SQL ( MySQL ) and NoSQL ( dynamo DB ) .

Experience in :
3+ years experience as an IT Security Manager or equivalent position.
At least 3 additional years at an IT role, covering security matters.
Previous applicable experience at a B2B, SaaS environment.
Experience working with vendors for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment, etc
Experience in AWS production environment.
3+ Years Frontend experience with React/ Angular / Vue.JS.
3+ Years Backend experience with Node.JS/Express.
Experience in data/analytics web products for the enterprise market - advantage.
Knowledge of application security and secure software development practices such as Secure Software Development Life Cycle
Extensive knowledge of web security, based on the OWASP Top 10 security risks, impact and mitigation.
Extensive knowledge of network and cloud infrastructure security and best practices.
Familiarity with local security and privacy related regulations and certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR...)
Experience with managing the certification process of ISO 27001, SOC2.
Cyber security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
DevOps and Infrastructure experience.
Experience developing in modern Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, etc.)
