Studio Manager- Replacement during maternity leave

* Responsibilities:

* Lead the quality of creative work by inspiring excellence, providing direction and constructive feedback.

* Responsible for oversee Studio team of designers and developers

* Determine and communicate your creative vision to the executing team that’s bringing the vision to life

* Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and interpret briefs to create a clear vision

* Work closely with R&D team and make sure the Studio products are execute with highly standards

* Ensure work is of the highest standards and on time

* Inspire creative excellence by pushing the boundaries of brand guidelines

* Oversee in-house execution and production of creative work

* The address for all creative needs of the in-house departments and the external customers



Requirements:

* 6+ years of relevant experience in an agency on the brand side

* A recognized industry leader with a strong portfolio that demonstrates originality and innovation

* Strong leadership skills and can organize, motivate and elevate the creative output and skills of those around you

* Work under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills

* Eager to take on new challenges introduce and implement new approaches and ideas, grow, test and learn
