Need a freelancer for non profit organization website

1- Two languages (We need a button to transfer between languages hebrew and english)
2- Information pages (Text, YouTube Videos and photos albums).
3- Option for signing up to different mailing list using MailChimp (depending on your relevant branch) + Data base of emails and information about volunteers who signed up ? (Maybe its possible to do from within MailChimp)
4- Donations- offering our donors specifies donation options for certain events or causes
5- Back-end system / CRM ( we will need guidance here, where can we story our data of how many events a volunteer has signed up to, his age, his location , his email etc..
6- Database of all the people who signed up(and filters)
7- An option to send out messages with filters that we’ll chose: Everyone, people who signed up for specific event (event details and Thank you), volunteers of specific branch, etc… (+ What kind of messages?)
8- Data analysis option : Number of people who signed up, ages of people who signed up for event, etc… (Meaning - option to generate all kinds of reports on our data in the system). reports should be on different levels: A specific event (How many people showed up, who are the people who didn't show up and never canceled their participation, etc..), A branch (How many events the branch did in a period of time, how many volunteers took part in it’s activities,volunteers who didn't show up for any event for a long time, blacklist, etc..) Organizational (How many volunteers we had in the last year? What is the return rate? How many uniques?) and a specific volunteers ( in what events did he took part, etc…).
Option to analyse the traffic in the website and how long people stayed in it (analytics of site promoting) with google analytics.
9- Internal data and files system : a storage of all kinds of different internal files decided by the different branches with permission (So that every branch we’ll be blur to assess it’s own information and files).
10-Option for donors management system (only for authorized people) : An option for creating a list and a separate profile pages for every donor (Example: contact information, the last time we spoke, status, application dates, etc…).
11- An option for donating via PayPal (in the future we want an option for donation directly though our website

13- Purchase merchandise.
