An Electronics Engineer, developing biomedical algorithms . My areas of expertise include gait and movement analysis, both in clinic and in free-living conditions, movement disorders assessment, Parkinson's disease and fall risk assessment for research purposes. I mainly use Python to analyse to analyse and implement machine learning algorithms. My work includes continuous and episodic fall detection, feature extraction, statistical analysis as well as machine learning, clustering and classification. I focus on developing objective tools for gait and movement assessment for clinicians and researchers.
Machine Learning : Supervised Learning (Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forest, Boosting), Unsupervised Learning (PCA, Clustering), Hypothesis Testing.
