Building a product for sales people, begins with an intimate knowledge of the company's sales operation.
We started by meeting several sales people and participating in real sales meetings.
The next step was to analyse the relevant use cases and put up an initial prototype. Iteratively, we reached back to the sales people to make sure the design meets their daily needs.
After 6 months in production, the app has proved a substantial ROI, cutting the sales meetings in half, and closing more deals with less human errors.
