Following tasks were fulfilled in Russian and Ukrainian languages:
• Responsible for handling incoming calls, informing potential international patients/clients about possibilities of their treatment in Israel, engaged clients into treatment implementation in Israel.
• Responsible for preparation of the pre arrival patient cases: organization and systematization of medical reports, revision of medical reports with medical staff of Rabin Medical Center. Compiled corresponding diagnostics and treatment plans. Supervised logistics and accommodation for each patient.
• Handled incoming leads via CRM system and via emails from existing partners.
