Secured Linux

We are looking for a Linux guru that will help in consulting, designing and configuring a secured Linux environment.
We plan to take a known Linux distribution, Strip it from all unnecessary components and modules and harden it with our choice of HIDS, FIM and ASLR tools. Also there might be some custom device driver development.

The expert that we're looking for should master the following:
• Linux internals: excellent knowledge of the Linux kernel: rebuilding, patching and stability tests - A must
• Linux kernel drivers & internals development
• Linux security: knowledge with common IDS tools (OSSEC/Samhain/ other), FIM tools and ASLR solutions
• SELinux background  - big advantage
