Design and architecture the web infrastructure

Implement Rich Internet web UI applications

Must:
Deep experience in Ajax based web development with enterprise applications backbends

Deep understanding of Web UI ,usability - graphics and flow
Experience in integration with other web sites and resources

Advantage:
Experience with web programming over Django framework
Experience in large scale enterprise software applications
Experience from an Internet company
Experience in development that involves Social Networks
Experience with JQuery
