Front end developer in a social startup-shared economy

I'm looking for a front end developer (back end too, but later) for working in a small, friendly team on our mutual project :)
This is a social project in the area of ​​shared economy. The main idea is sharing things through trusted groups.
We have a good progress in UI-design and are beginning a functional part.
At the moment this is a pilot project, and we have no funding yet =)
I'm looking for a person, who speaks Russian and lives in Israel.
