Development of intranet web site presenting Graphs from MsSql tables data

Development of Intranet web site, connected to MsSql.
The site will consist of 4 tabs :
* Home - welcome page, header + text
* About - header + text
* Contact Us - header + text + mailto:
* Data - Presenting data after authentication to site.

The site will have multiple Themes. Samples can be download from FCT site.

In order to enter the data tab, the user must login by UN/PW, authenticated through DB. admin login will enter the Users administration (add/remove users).
Once authenticated - the data is available :
The data tab present Graphs based on data extracted from MsSql tables.

The graphs navigation is through the Graphs Families and/or Units.
Each Graph Family has multiple Graph Units.
A Graph Unit present the data extracted from MsSql Table :
Entity ID, (Tooltip for Entity Name), Value(s).
in a table there might be up to thousands of entities, so Filtering the data, Zoomin & Panning the graph - capabilities are a must.

Each Graph Units present data page, including :
* Header
* Short text
* Graph
* Data table (graph's)+ Filtering and Sorting (changes implies the shown graph)
* Zoom sliding bar

Graph types :
* Bars
* Bars + Line
* Stacked Bars
* Stacked Bars + Line
* Pie
* XY Scatter
* Data Table

Delivery of the Project includes :
* Code must be based on VS2010, C# as back-end. MVC 3 preferred but no necessary.
1. Well documented Source code.
2. Simple instructions for : Correcting DB Tables for the data extraction, Binding Data to Graphs, Changing code for Families & Units.
3. Implementing the Authentication.
4. Implementing Tabs : Home, About, Contact Us - with sample texts
5. Implementing Tab : Data, binding data from Sample DB, with single example for each graph type.
