please send a quote for the below work:

1. Get a URL as input
2. Send a search query via API to Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Alexa (amazon)
3. Parse the APIs results
4. Filter out URLs that are outside of the input URL domain (unless it belong to obfuscated domains)
5. Send the URLs and accompanying metadata as a return



These limitations apply to all of the above tasks:
• Service should run on Linux (or in Cygwin on Windows)
• Programming languages (by descending order): Python, Javascript (Node.js), Java/Scala, C# (compiled with Mono).
• Service should implement a Stomp client.
• Service configuration would be received via messaging (i.e inputs and output specs)
• Service should have logging
• Service should be able to interact with ActiveMQ Stomp Broker (a standard Stomp broker)
• Service should be able to send JSON output
