Jetson Nano 4GB dev board with 16GB EMM

We need to install the following:

We need an OpenCV with CUDA support

Pytorch (torch and torchvision) with CUDA support

Tensorflow with CUDA support

All to be imported by Python3

On Jetson Nano 4GB dev board with 16GB EMM

and we have memory problems.
