Required A Software to convert ex4 extension files into mq4 file extension

I need best software coders who knows to code software which will do ex4 to mq4 conversion of files. This ex4 files are not Linux OS files so do not think about that. ex4 files are used on Metatrader which is called MT4 and used on forex market as terminal to operate trading.
