Joomla freelancer needed for security issues on site

My web site is built on Joomla (done early last year) and has been hacked into recently.

My ESET warning points to JS/TrojanDownloader.FakejQuery.

I have detailed instructions how to deal with this threat but would prefer a professional to solve the matter.
