29-page business plan for Cyprus hotel/casino operation, written 2 years ago, must be re-written and re-vamped (new look, new graphics, new template, etc.). Its information needs to be modified, written more clearly and fact-checked (this will include performing some limited market research over the net).

Some parts of the plan will have be completely re-written due to the changes and developments in the team involved and the incumbent market since the current version of the BP was written. Furthermore, the plan’s financial forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows) need to be analyzed and modified as per guidance I will provide the winning bidder.
