After a few years as a freelance a/v technician, I wanted to sharpen my business acumen. Acquiring practical business experience in strategic planning, management, and finance without enrolling in an MBA program. Through an instructor led course and first- hand entrepreneurial efforts, I gained the experience and know-how to understand the significance of strategic planning and discover how external and internal environmental factors affect an organization. I learned about various organizational structures and how to use leadership, motivation, and control for maximum impact.
