Outsource General Counsel & Corporate Secretary Services
Provides a unique service of outsourced GC (General Counsel), which encompasses ongoing advice akin to that of an in-house counsel, taking part in Executive Committee/director’s meetings, and being present in the company’s facilities.
My clients are companies who recognize the added value of internal legal counsel relating to their specific issues, but without the necessity of employing a full time legal counsel or requires legal counseling on a project basis or as back-up to the company’s existing legal department.
Over 15 years of experience in In-house Legal Consulting with business and commercial orientation for public and private companies with a wide and diverse range of activities in industry (Retail, Traditional industry, Services, Hi-Tech, Internet etc.)
Legal expert in commercial and business issues and vastly experienced in conducting negotiations for commercial agreements (company foundation, fundraising, employee terms, supplier agreements, customer agreements, financing transactions, acquisitions investments etc.). Provides training for Directors and Senior Officers while also provides company secretary services for public companies.
With proven experience as a fast learner of business activities in diverse fields, I comfortably adapt to the organizational culture of the company as the internal legal counsel (“Plug and Play”).
