PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Research project combining academy and industry – The modulation, simulation,
implementation, and measurement of on chip and bond wires inductors combining ferromagnetic
(2010) materials, and characterized by high inductance and low resistance.

• Research academic project – The measurement and analysis of the T-MOS sensor under
cryogenic temperatures. The comparison of the analysis results with the previous room temperature
measurement analysis, and with the mathematical model that followed it, emphasizing the TCC
(2010-2011) (Temperature Coefficient of Current) criteria.

• VLSI project – The physical design of an analog transmitter working in current mode for
high frequencies (~17[GHz]), and the logical and physical design of some of its supporting cells.
