Plan, design and write back-end RESTful API in Python the ParGarCom. Experience working with the RESTful API of OrganiCity platform and Santander City open data. Python programming includes: receiving POST and GET http requests by the server, sending POST and GET http requests to 3rd parties servers, using Google API to upload images, using YouTube API to upload videos, and using Instagram API for retrieving information. Sending and receiving http requests include: file transfer, data transfer in the url, body and headers, including ‘Basic Authentication Base64’ header for transferring user and password.
