I am an Agile/Scrum (Master) Coach with recent government experience and with extensive experience with Dutch Railways, in telecom, with media/advertisement, home automation, semi-government, insurance and logistics.
After many years of experience with traditional software development, in the last 12 years I specialized in Scrum as a framework for Agile management of product development.
I am a hands-on, pragmatic foreman with a can-do attitude that likes challenges and that is always willing to walk the last mile to tackle them. My versatile background - developer, analyst, project leader, Scrum Master, coach, trainer – is useful when it comes to give advice and eventually propose solutions hereabout.
I am a pleasant person to deal with, open in communication, which means that we can discuss all matters. I am creative, sharp, and well-grounded and from here and my broad experience I can exchange ideas with other members of the product team.
I keep an eye on the vision and the client's interests. Here I form a bridge between business and technology, combined with eye for detail. I have a reputation for delivering high quality, on time and within budget. To do this, I regularly challenge my stakeholders in order to sharpen the business requirements (the Why and the What), so that the client gets iteratively the most valuable features (the What) in the most efficient and effective way (the How).
